鲜食玉米品种筛选与综合评价

【摘要】 为筛选适宜在山东省及周边地区推广应用的鲜食玉米品种,本研究选用西星五彩甜糯、西星白糯2号、16SW2等11个鲜食玉米品种为材料,以产量、穗部性状、蒸煮品质和营养品质为评价依据,采用加权隶属函数法和聚类分析对不同鲜食玉米品种进行综合评价。结果表明,16SW2的商品穗数和黑糯2号的商品穗重最高,西星五彩甜糯、16SU3蒸煮品质较优,西星五彩甜糯和16SW2营养品质表现较好。根据加权隶属函数值和系统聚类分析,可将11个鲜食玉米品种分为3个品级,其中一级品种2个,二级品种5个,三级品种4个。综合产量表现、蒸煮品质和营养品质,16SW2和西星五彩甜糯适宜在山东及周边地区种植。

【Abstract】 In order to screen out fresh corn varieties suitable for promotion and application in Shandong Province and surrounding areas, the field experiment was carried out with 11 fresh corn varieties as test materials such as Xixing Wucai Tiannuo, Xixing Bainuo 2 and 16 SW2. They were evaluated by means of weighted membership function method and cluster analysis considering the range of data on yield, ear characters, cooking quality and nutritional quality. The results showed that the spike number of 16 SW2 and the commercial spike weight of Heinuo 2 were the highest. The cooking quality of Xixing Wucai Tiannuo and 16 SU3 was better. Through the weight membership function method and cluster analysis, the 11 fresh corn varieties were divided into 3 grade groups, and the first grade included 2 varieties, the second one included 5 varieties and the third one included 4 varieties. Comprehensively considering yield performance, cooking quality and nutritional quality, Xixing Wucai Tiannuo and 16 SW2 were suitable for cultivation in Shandong and surrounding areas.
