嗜铁细菌地衣芽孢杆菌CAS20对柿树的防病促生作用

【摘要】 通过盆栽试验和离体叶片接种试验,研究嗜铁细菌地衣芽孢杆菌CAS20对柿树的防病促生作用。经浸种和灌根处理,CAS20可使柿树幼苗分别增高76.72%和50.00%;在对峙平板中产生的抑菌带宽为0.57 cm;对柿树炭疽病菌菌丝生长和孢子萌发抑制率分别为92.94%和83.91%。离体叶片接种试验结果显示,先接种CAS20菌悬液再接种菌饼和先接种菌饼再接种CAS20菌悬液,对柿树炭疽病的离体防效分别为77.01%和69.35%,说明CAS20可能通过产生诱导系统抗性提高对柿树炭疽病的防治效果。本研究结果表明,CAS20在防病促生方面具有良好的应用潜能。

【Abstract】 The disease control effect and plant growth promotion of siderophore producing bacterium strain Bacillus licheniformis CAS20 was investigated by pot experiment and leaf inoculation test in vitro.The results showed that the height of persimmon seedlings increased by 76.72% and 50.00% through seed soaking and root irrigation of CAS20 strain, respectively. The bandwidth of bacteriostasis produced in confrontation plate was 0.57 cm. The inhibition rate of mycelium growth and spore germination of Colleltrichum horri by CAS20 strain were 92.94% and 83.91%, respectively. The leaf inoculation test in vitro showed that inoculation of CAS20 suspension before C.horri fungus disk had better control efficiency than inoculation of CAS20 after C.horri fungus disk, with the control efficiency of 77.01% and 69.35%, respectively. It indicated that CAS20 could improve the control effect of persimmon anthracnose by generating the induced systemic resistance. The results of this research showed that B. licheniformis CAS20 had great potential on disease control and plant growth promotion.
