不同施肥处理对萝卜莱菔子素含量的影响

【摘要】 以绿皮绿肉型萝卜品种‘潍县青’为试验材料,设6个施肥处理,用高效液相色谱法测定其萝卜莱菔子素含量。结果表明:生长前期叶片中莱菔子素含量较高,肉质根进入膨大期后莱菔子素主要在肉质根中积累;666.7m~2有机肥施用量150 kg、配合施用氮肥和复合肥,叶片和肉质根莱菔子素含量均可达到较高水平;有机肥有利于萝卜幼苗莱菔子素的积累。

【Abstract】 The green radish variety ’Weixianqing’ was chosen as the material in this study. The contents of sulforaphene in the material under six different fertilization treatments were detected by high performance liquid chromatography. The results showed that the content of sulforaphene was higher in leaves at early growth stage; but at fleshy root expanding stage, sulforaphene mainly accumulated in fleshy roots. The contents of sulforaphene both in leaves and fleshy roots reached a higher level under the fertilization treatment of 150 kilograms of organic fertilizer per hectare combined with nitrogen fertilizer and compound fertilizer. In addition, organic fertilizer was beneficial to accumulating sulforaphene in radish seedlings.
