天津地区草莓根腐病病原菌分离鉴定及室内毒力测定
Isolation and Identification of Strawberry Root Rot Pathogen in Tianjin and Virulence Determination Indoor
【摘要】 草莓根腐病是草莓生产中的主要病害之一,且随着草莓种植年限的增加而加重。明确草莓主要栽培地区根腐病致病菌种类,能够正确指导草莓根腐病的防治。本研究采用组织分离法从天津市主要草莓种植基地草莓根腐病病株分离纯化7个菌株。通过形态学和分子生物学鉴定,结果显示引起草莓根腐病病原菌有两种:胶孢炭疽菌(Colletotrichum gloeosporioides)和尖孢镰刀菌(Fusarium oxysporum)。抗药性测定结果显示戊唑醇对胶孢炭疽菌和尖孢镰刀菌抑菌活性最好;苯醚甲环唑、咪鲜胺、吡唑醚菌酯、福美双次之;氟唑菌酰胺、甲基硫菌灵对不同地区菌株的抑菌活性差异较大。
【Abstract】 Strawberry root rot is one of the main diseases occurring in strawberry production, which is aggravated with the increase of cultivation years. Exploring the pathogen species of strawberry root rot is useful for its effective control. By tissue isolation method, 7 fungal strains were separated and purified from strawberry root rot samples collected from main planting areas of strawberry in Tianjin. Through morphological and molecular biological identification, two strains were identified as Colletotrichum gloeosporioides and Fusarium oxysporum wich caused strawberry root rot disease. The results of virulence determination showed that tebuconazole had the best inhibitory effect, followed by difenoconazole, pyraclostrobin, prochloraz and thiram; the inhibitory effects of fluxapyroxad and thiophanate-methyl were different obviously among different regions.
