白花丹参和紫花丹参光合特性的研究

【摘要】 为阐明白花丹参和紫花丹参光合特性的差异,本研究测定了这两种丹参光合日变化。结果表明:紫花丹参的光补偿点为1 205μmol·m-2·s-1,高于白花丹参(1 024μmol·m-2·s-1),表明紫花丹参对强光的适应性大于白花丹参;紫花和白花丹参的光合速率、气孔导度和胞间二氧化碳浓度在10∶00—12∶00同步下降,但紫花丹参3个指标的值高于白花丹参。这说明紫花和白花丹参光合"午休"现象都属于气孔限制型,但白花丹参光合速率受气孔限制程度高于紫花丹参;紫花丹参光合速率显著高于白花丹参可能是其产量高于后者的主要原因。

【Abstract】 In order to clarify differences of photosynthetic characteristics between Salvia miltiorrhiza and Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge var. alba C.Y., the field experiments were conducted to study their diurnal variation of photosynthesis and light response curve. The results showed that light compensation point of S. miltiorrhiza Bunge(1 205 μmol·m-2·s-1) was higher than that of S.miltiorrhiza Bunge var. alba C.Y.(1 024 μmol·m-2·s-1), which indicated that the adaptability of S. miltiorrhiza Bunge to high intensity of illumination was greater than that of S. miltiorrhiza Bunge var. alba C.Y. Photosynthetic parameters including photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance and intercellular CO2 concentration of S. miltiorrhiza Bunge and S. miltiorrhiza Bunge var. alba C.Y. decreased concomitantly from 10∶00 to 12∶00, but all parameters mentioned above were higher in S. miltiorrhiza Bunge than those in S. miltiorrhiza Bunge var. alba C.Y. This phenomenon suggested both S. miltiorrhiza Bunge and S. miltiorrhiza Bunge var. alba C.Y. had a significant midday depression phenomenon, and the main reason for this depression was the restriction on stoma, but the depression was stronger in S. miltiorrhiza Bunge var. alba C.Y. than that in S. miltiorrhiza Bunge. The photosynthetic rate of S. miltiorrhiza Bunge was significantly higher than that of S. miltiorrhiza Bunge var. alba C.Y., which might be the main reason why its yield was higher than that of the latter.
