聚醚醚酮材料铣削试验
Experimental on Milling of PEEK Material
【摘要】 针对具有强大潜力的人工骨替换材料聚醚醚酮(PEEK)的高效铣削加工,以铣削力为评价指标,进行了单因素及正交铣削试验研究。通过单因素铣削试验,分析了参数与铣削力之间的影响关系。然后,设计并展开正交试验,基于极差分析与方差分析的方法,确定了铣削参数对铣削力的影响主次与影响程度。试验结果表明,铣削力随着三个关键铣削参数的增加均呈现增大的趋势;三个关键铣削参数对铣削力影响程度由大到小依次是径向切深、轴向切深、每齿进给量。分析优化得到,当径向切深为0.5mm,轴向切深为1.1mm,每齿进给量为0.08mm/z时,可以获得最小的铣削力。利用该最优参数组合,对试样进行了铣削加工,其加工质量达到了预期的效果。
【Abstract】 The single factor and orthogonal milling tests were carried out for the high efficiency milling of polyether ether ketone(PEEK),an artificial bone replacement material with great potential. The relationship between parameters and milling force is analyzed by single factor milling test. Then,based on the method of range analysis and variance analysis,the influence of milling parameters on milling force is determined. The results show that the milling force increases with the increase of three key milling parameters. The influences of the three key milling parameters on the milling force are radial depth of cut,axial depth of cut,and feed per tooth. After analysis and optimization,when radial depth of cut is 0.5 mm,axial depth of cut is 1.1 mm,and feed per tooth is 0.08 mm/z,the minimum milling force can be obtained. Using the optimal parameter combination,the sample was milled,and the machining quality reached the expected effect.
