抗静电生物基聚酯的制备与表征

【摘要】 以2,5–呋喃二甲酸(FDCA)、对苯二甲酸(PTA)、乙二醇(EG)为原料,钛酸四丁酯为催化剂,通过改变FDCA与PTA物质的量之比,采用原位聚合法来制备聚2,5–呋喃二甲酸–对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PEFT),并对其结构和性能进行了分析表征。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱测试对不同配比PEFT共聚酯的结构进行分析,可以清晰地分辨出特征官能团的标志峰;通过热重分析、差示扫描量热测试对PEFT的热性能进行分析。研究发现随着FDCA含量的增加,其玻璃化转变温度先降低后升高;当FDCA含量超过10%之后,PEFT聚酯没有冷结晶温度及熔点。经过对抗静电性能测试,共聚酯的表面电阻率由1014Ω降低至109Ω数量级,并具有良好的抗静电功能耐久性和耐热性。

【Abstract】 With 2,5-furandicarboxylic acid(FDCA),terephthalic acid(PTA),ethylene glycol(EG) as raw materials,tetrabutyl titanate as the catalyst,by changing the ratio of the amount of FDCA and PTA substances,poly(2,5-furandicarboxylic acid-ethylene terephthalate)(PEFT) copolyesters were prepared by in-situ polymerization,and the structure and properties were characterized. The structure of different proportions of PEFT copolyester was analyzed by FTIR and 1H–NMR. The characteristic peaks of the characteristic functional groups were clearly distinguished. The thermal properties of PEFT polyester were analyzed by TG and DSC tests. It is found that the glass transition temperature decreases first and then increases with the increase of FDCA content. When FDCA content exceeds 10%,the PEFT polyesters have no cold crystallization temperature and melting point. Antistatic performance tests,show that the surface resistivity of the copolyester reduces from 1014Ω to 109 Ω grade with good antistatic durability and heat resistance.
