基于尺寸检测的预燃烧室熔模铸件工艺改进

【摘要】 介绍了一种利用尺寸检测结果来改进熔模铸件工艺设计和生产的方法。通过对蜡模和铸件扫描模型的尺寸和表面空间点进行偏差检测和数据分析,得出了影响铸件尺寸和表面质量的各项因素。结果表明:采取降低铸造收缩率的取值,对模具型腔加工精度进行检测,增设金属芯头,强化现场制模、打磨工艺的执行等措施,降低了预燃烧室铸件因表面品质而产生的废品率,应用效果明显。

【Abstract】 This paper presents a method of improving the design and production of investment castings based on the dimensional inspection results. Multiple factors that affect the size and surface quality of the castings are derived through the size deviation detection and data analysis of the 3 D scanned surfaces of the wax patterns and practical castings. The results show that by taking measures such as reducing the value of casting shrinkage,checking the machining accuracy of the mold cavity, adding the metallic core head, and strengthening the execution of on-site pattern making and the grinding processes, the scrap rate of the pre-combustion chamber castings due to the surface qualityhas been reduced. The application effect is obvious.
