【摘要】 利用Pro CAST软件对球墨铸铁连杆铸造工艺过程进行数值模拟,可实现对铸件质量的预判,降低生产成本。运行参数的确定是影响数值模拟结果能否与实际结果相一致的关键因素。依据连杆铸造工艺及生产结果,铸型刚度、石墨化膨胀、球化处理和孕育处理对铸件凝固过程的影响,确定了相关运行参数的具体数值,为铸造工艺的数值模拟提供了数值依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The numerical simulation of casting process for ductile iron connecting rod was carried out by Pro CAST software, which can predict the quality of the casting and save the production cost. The determination of running parameters is a key factor that affects whether the numerical simulation result is consistent with the actual result or not. According to the production result, connecting rod casting process, mould rigidity,graphitization expansion, effects of spheroidizing and inoculation on casting solidification, the specific values of relevant running parameters were determined, which provided the foundation for later numerical simulation of casting process.更多还原
