【摘要】 针对生产控制软件在石化等过程工业现场测试中测试不充分的实践难点,提出新的现场测试方法,开发了现场测试数据设计工具及管理软件,用于引导每个测试分项现场测试的实施。针对各测试分项的测试准备数据库,依据主动与被动混合测试方法设计了现场测试的输入数据。通过现场测试案例,展示了新方法的技术关键和优势。

【Abstract】 Petrochemical industry and other process industries are flammable and explosive.The spot testing of controlling software in these industries is with greater risk,which often leads to inadequate on-site testing due to the risk of accidents and the limitation of user production.To deal with the difficulties in practice,the paper puts forward some new testing methods.The spot test data designing software was developed to guide implementation of every test item.Based on active and passive hybrid testing,spot test data was designed.The technical key and multifaceted advantages of this method are demonstrated through a specific case of spot testing.
