【摘要】 总结盛丽先防治小儿反复呼吸道感染的经验。认为小儿反复呼吸道感染多因正气不足、卫外不固、屡感外邪、正邪相争、营卫失和导致。禀赋不足、体质柔弱是发病的内因;喂养不当、调护失宜、少见风日为外因。临证分为急性期、迁延期和恢复期论治,常采用扶正法(益气健脾、调和营卫、养阴生津)和祛邪法(消风化痰、导滞化瘀)治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article summarizes SHENG lixian’ s experience in preventing and treating recurrent respiratory tract infection in children. Repeated respiratory tract infections in children are always due to lack of healthy Qi,insecurity of exterior Wei Qi,repeated external contraction,struggle between healthy Qi and pathogenic Qi and disharmony between Ying Qi and Wei Qi. Congenital deficiency and physical weakness are the internal causes of the disease;improper feeding,inadequate care and little contact with wind and sun are external causes. In clinical practice,the disease can be treated upon different stages including acute,postponing and recovery stages. The common methods are reinforcing healthy Qi( boosting Qi and fortifying the spleen,harmonizing Ying Qi and Wei Qi,nourishing Yin and promoting fluid production) and dispelling pathogenic Qi( dispersing wind and dissolving phlegm,removing stagnation and dissolving stasis).更多还原
