【摘要】 目的中医四诊中的望诊对形态和直观的要求较高,但之前的教学更多停留在文字表述,缺乏大量生动的图片展示,导致学生听课效率不高。本研究广泛搜集各临床科室的望诊图片,形象直观地展示疾病的临床表现,大大提高了学生的学习兴趣。方法搜集资料;筛选资料;进行标注;建立题库。结果构建中医望诊的素材库,因不同的需求进而建立相应的题库。结论将望诊题库应用于诊断学教学、实训课操练、阶段测验、期末考试及各种竞赛,弥补了之前望诊能力考核不足的缺陷。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Inspection requires a higher degree of morphology and intuition, but the previous teaching was more theoretical. It lacks of a large number of vivid images, causing students to attend classes inefficiently. This study extensively collects pictures of clinical departments to visualize symptoms of the diseases, and it greatly improves the interest of students. Methods Information collection, data screening, annotation and establishing test bank were made. Results Establishing inspection material library of TCM, and then establishing inspection test bank according to different needs. Conclusion The inspection test bank is applied to the teaching of diagnosis, practical training, stage test, final exam and various competitions, making up for deficiency of inspection ability assessment.更多还原
