【摘要】 目的观察银花感冒合剂治疗儿童急性上呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法选取300例急性上呼吸道感染且中医辨证属风热证的患儿,采用数字随机法分成治疗组和对照组各150例,治疗组口服银花感冒合剂,对照组口服利巴韦林颗粒,均3 d为1个疗程,2个疗程后统计治疗效果。结果治疗组总有效率为96.0%(144/150),对照组总有效率74.7%(112/150),经统计学处理,2组有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组治疗效果优于对照组,且银花感冒合剂对本证患儿发热等症状改善明显。结论银花感冒合剂是治疗儿童上呼吸道感染风热证的有效制剂。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical effects of Lonicerae mixture in treating acute viral upper respiratory tract infection in children. Methods 300 cases of acute upper respiratory tract infection children, which belong to wind-heat type cough in traditional Chinese medicine, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 150 cases in each group. The observation groups were given Lonicerae mixture, and the control group was treated with oral new Boleyn granule, 3 days for 1 course. The curative effects were evaluated after 1~2 courses. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96%, the total effective rate of the control group was 74.7%, and after statistics analysis there was a significant difference( P<0.05) between two groups, so the curative effect of the conservation group was better than that of the control group, meanwhile the Lonicerae mixture has obvious improvement on fever and other symptoms. Conclusion Lonicerae mixture is an effective medicament for the treatment of acute viral upper respiratory tract infection in children.更多还原
