【摘要】 目的观察六味解毒饮治疗儿童风热感冒的临床疗效。方法把330例中医辨病为感冒、辨证属风热证的患儿,按数字随机法分成治疗组和对照组各165例,治疗组口服六味解毒饮,对照组口服小儿豉翘清热颗粒,均3 d为1个疗程,1个疗程后统计治疗效果。结果治疗组显效率为73.3%(121/165),对照组显效率52.1%(86/165),经统计学处理,2组有显著性差异(P<0.05);患儿退热时间,经统计学处理,2组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论六味解毒饮是治疗感冒风热证的有效制剂。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Liuwei Jiedu decoction in treating wind-heat cold in children. Methods 330 cases of TCM syndrome differentiation of cold disease which is a wind-heat syndrome of children, according to the digital random method, they were divided into the treatment group and the control group, and each group had 165 cases. The treatment group was given oral Liuwei Jiedu decoction, and the control group was given oral Xiaoer Chiqiao Qingre granules. 3 days was one course. After one course, the curative effect was analyzed. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 73.3 %and 52.1% respectively, and there had significant difference( P<0.05). The antipyretic time was significantly different between the two groups(P < 0.05). Conclusion Liuwei Jiedu decoction is an effective preparation for treating wind-heat cold.更多还原
