【摘要】 目的观察中药热敷灸结合针刺治疗风寒型面瘫的临床疗效。方法将入选的60例患者随机分为2组,治疗组30例,采用中药热敷灸结合针刺疗法;对照组30例,采用单纯针刺疗法,观察2个疗程,并对比2组疗效。结果中药热敷灸组痊愈率83%,单纯针刺为63%。2组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药热敷灸组疗效明显优于单纯针刺组,中药热敷灸结合针刺疗法是治疗风寒型面瘫的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of hot compress combined with moxibustion and acupuncture in the treatment of wind cold facial paralysis. Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups. 30 cases in the treatment group were treated with hot compress moxibustion and acupuncture. 30 cases in the control group were treated with acupuncture. The therapeutic effect was compared after two continual cycles. Results The cure rate of traditional Chinese medicine hot compress moxibustion group was83%, and the curative effect of simple acupuncture was 63.2 group( P < 0.05). Conclusion The hot compress moxibustion and acupuncture therapy can produce a significantly curative effect on cold facial paralysis.更多还原
