【摘要】 目的提高中医院校医学生临床综合实践能力。方法针对2016—2017年在云南省中医医院风湿病科进行临床实习的中医及中西医结合专业本科生,引入循证医学教学法,加强医学人文素质教育、以问题为导向、构建自主学习模式、强化中医临床思维能力培养等手段,将学生临床综合实践能力和自主学习习惯培养贯穿于本科临床教学中,并纳入出科考核内容。结果经过2年的实践研究,医学生人文素质、表达与沟通能力、自主学习及临床综合技能均得到提高,该带教方法得到医学生认可。结论应用循证医学教学法对提高中医院校医学生临床综合实践能力有积极作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To promote the clinica l comprehensive practice of students in college of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods Using the evidence-based medicine teaching methodology on students of traditional Chinese medicine and the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine specialty that practicing clinical skills in Yunnan hospital of traditional Chinese medicine during 2016-2017, promoting their medical humane quality, oriented on their questions, training their independent study skills, reinforcing their ability of thinking in clinical traditional Chinese medicine, focusing on the clinical comprehensive practice and the independent study skills of students, and add them into the examination. Results According to this 2-year practicing research, the humane quality, capability of expression and communication, and the skills of independent study and clinical comprehensive practice of students have all been promoted. This method of teaching is agreed by medical students. Conclusion The evidence-based medicine teaching methodology has a positive effect on promoting clinical comprehensive practice of students in college of traditional Chinese medicine.更多还原
