【摘要】 目前,西医治疗肝硬化暂无特效,中医药治疗该病的优势明显,有待挖掘,根据文献资料及临床经验,总结出炎症(中医湿热)是肝硬化形成基础,炎症级联反应是肝硬化恶化的推动力,而肠道作为炎症因子级联反应的靶器官和启动器官,是阻断肝功能损害、肝硬化恶化、并发症预防的突破口;同时得出攻下法,即"给邪出路",是治疗肝硬化基础方法的结论,为临床提供有效的治疗方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present, Western medicine has no special effect on liver cirrhosis. TCM treatment has obvious advantages, yet to be excavated. According to literature and clinical experience, we summed up the inflammation that TCM damp heat is to form the basis of cirrhosis of the liver, the inflammatory cascade is worsening cirrhosis impetus and intestinal as inflammatory cytokine cascade of target organ and organ initiation is occlusion of the hepatic function damage, deterioration of liver cirrhosis, breakthrough in the prevention of complications.
