【摘要】 目的观察多囊卵巢综合征在补肾疏肝健脾祛瘀思想指导下运用针药结合治疗及护理的效果。方法将90例多囊卵巢综合征患者随机分为治疗组32例,采用针刺、中药内服、中医饮食及情志护理方法治疗。中药对照组31例,给予中药内服治疗(药同治疗组)及常规护理。西药对照组27例,口服达英-35、来曲唑治疗及常规护理。比较3组临床疗效、症状积分及相关性激素指标FSH、LH、LH/FSH、T值的变化。结果治疗组总有效率为93.8%,中药对照组总有效率为80.6%,西药对照组总有效率为77.8%,治疗组优于中药对照组、西药对照组(P<0.05);在症状积分的改善上,治疗组优于中药对照组、西药对照组(P<0.05);在相关性激素指标上的变化上,治疗组FSH、LH、LH/FSH、T值较中药对照组、西药对照组改善更显著(P<0.05)。结论多囊卵巢综合征在补肾疏肝健脾祛瘀思想指导下运用针药结合治疗及护理的临床疗效及调整性激素水平方面均优于单纯的中药内服治疗和西药治疗,提示此疗法是治疗多囊卵巢综合征较好的一种方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture combined medicine treatment and nursing on polycystic ovary syndrome in the guidance of tonifying the kidney, soothing the liver and strengthening the spleen and removing stasis idea. Methods 90 cases of polycystic ovary syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group of 32 cases, control group of 31 cases and Western medicine group of 27 cases. The treatment group was treated by acupuncture, traditional Chinese medicine, Chinese medicine treatment of traditional Chinese medicine diet and emotional nursing methods. The control group was given oral Chinese medicine( drug treatment group) and routine nursing care. The Western medicine group was given oral Diane-35, letrozole treatment and routine nursing. The clinical effect, symptom score and correlation hormone index FSH, LH, LH,/FSH, T changes was compared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.8%, the total effective rate of the Chinese medicine group was 80.6%, the total effective rate of the western group was 77.8%. The treatment group is superior to the traditional Chinese medicine control group and was better than the Western medicine control group(P<0.05). In improving the symptom score, the treatment group was better than the traditional Chinese medicine control group and the western medicine control group(P<0.05). On the change of the correlation hormone index, the value of FSH, LH, LH/FSH and T in the treatment group were more significant than that of the traditional Chinese medicine control group, and the improvement of the Western medicine control group was more significant( P <0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined medicine treatment and nursing on polycystic ovary syndrome in the guidance of tonifying the kidney, soothing the liver and strengthening the spleen and removing stasis idea is better than in oral treatment and simple Western medicine treatment in the clinical curative effect adjusting sex hormone levels, and the therapy is a better method of comprehensive treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.更多还原
