碳纤维复合材料T型胶接接头损伤行为研究

【摘要】 碳纤维复合材料(CFRP)T型胶接接头是一种典型的复合材料正交连接结构,用于传递正交面间的载荷。在真空抽吸系统中CFRP叶轮结构连接部位已得到应用。采用仿真和试验的方法,研究了碳纤维复合材料T型胶接接头在受到面外拉伸载荷时的损伤行为。数值计算与实验结果吻合,研究表明:拉伸载荷的加载过程中,损伤首先产生于连接蒙皮与L型板的胶层处;当胶层未发生损伤时,胶层单元的剥离应变和剪切应变以及T型胶接接头位移均呈线性增大;当胶层出现损伤时,损伤处胶层单元的剥离应变和剪切应变的增速以及T型胶接接头位移的增速变大,直到胶层产生裂纹。

【Abstract】 Carbon fibre composite(CFRP) T-joint is a typical orthogonal connecting structure of composite material, which is used to transfer the load between orthogonal planes. It has been used in the connection of CFRP impeller structure of vacuum system. The failure of CFRP T-joint under external tension is studied through numerical simulation and experimental investigation. The simulation results are in agreement with the experimental results. The results show that the damage due to tension firstly occurs at the connection in the adhesive layer between the skin and the L-shaped plate.With the increase of the tensile loading,peeling strain, shear strain of rubber layer element, and the displacement of T-joint linearly increases, before the damage occurs. When the damage in the rubber layer shows up, the growth rate of the peeling strain, shear strain, and the displacement of the T-joint significantly go up, thus resulting in cracks inside the rubber layer.
