某商用车排气系统吊钩结构与位置优化分析

【摘要】 以某车企商用车排气系统为研究对象,采用Hyperworks和Optistruct有限元软件对该车排气系统进行有限元仿真建模,并对整个排气系统的自由模态进行分析,得出排气系统的固有振动属性,为整车平顺性匹配提供了依据。同时对排气系统静力学、动力学、传递力及位移响应进行分析计算,结果均满足设计要求。在此基础上,对不满足要求的吊钩进行了结构优化,并利用平均驱动自由度法(ADDOFD)对排气系统吊钩位置进行了优化,优化后的吊钩约束模态均满足企业要求。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the exhausting system of a commercial vehicle has been numerically simulated using FEA softwareincluding Hyperworks and Optistruct.Free mode of the entire exhausting system has been studied to obtain the natural frequency of the system, thus providing the basis for investigating the vehicle’s comfort. The static system, dynamics, transmission force and displacement response of the exhaust system are calculated. The results meet the designing requirements. In addition, distribution and location of the hooks for holding the exhausting system have been optimised and reallocated using the ADDOFD method. The optimization of the hook restraint modes satisfies the requirements of the automotive company.
