【Abstract】 For the existing high-rise residential buildings that can’t meet the comfort of residents, the renewal of the exterior wall is one of the issues that must be faced. This article reviews the history of the exterior wall renovation of Shanghai’s high-rise residential building, and conducts the on-site visits and investigations on the real cases of the renovation. On the basis of summarizing the practical experience, it proposes the assembly measures suggestions for the future renovation of exterior walls.更多还原
