碳纳米管-ZM1镁锌基复合材料的摩擦磨损性能
Friction and Wear Properties of Carbon Nanotube-ZM1 Mg-Zn Matrix Composites
【摘要】 制备了不同含量多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)的ZM1/碳纳米管复合材料,研究了复合材料的硬度及摩擦磨损性能,显微组织和磨损形貌。结果表明,加入适当的MWCNT可以有效提高ZM1/碳纳米管复合材料的硬度,减小摩擦系数,降低磨损量,提高ZM1/碳纳米管复合材料的抗摩擦磨损能力。
【Abstract】 ZM1/carbon nanotube composites with different MWCNTs were prepared.The hardness,friction and wear properties,microstructure and wear morphology of the composites were investigated.The results show that adding proper MWCNT can effectively improve the hardness of ZM1/carbon nanotube composite,reduce the friction coefficient,reduce the amount of wear,and improve the friction-resistance and wear resistance of ZM1/carbon nanotube composite.
