高铬轧辊抗热疲劳性能研究
Thermal Fatigue Resistance of High Chromium-bearing Roller
【摘要】 通过对不同成分高铬轧辊试样在30~650℃温度区间进行热疲劳试验,分析了轧制过程中组织变化对热疲劳循环次数与裂纹长度的影响。结果表明,热疲劳裂纹沿晶界不断向内部延伸和扩展;增加轧辊中碳化物的含量,可提高轧辊的硬度,降低材料的抗热疲劳能力。
【Abstract】 Thermal fatigue resistance of high chromium rollers with different components was tested from 30 ℃ to 650 ℃in a thermal fatigue experimental machine, the effect of microstructure change on the number of thermal fatigue cycles and crack length during rolling was analyzed. The results show that thermal fatigue cracks of samples mainly extend from crystal boundary to crystal internal. With increasing amounts of carbides in matrix, the surface hardness of the whole roller is enhanced and the ability to resistant thermal fatigue is decreased.
