轴类大锻件多工步开坯过程的数值模拟
Numerical Simulation of Heavy Axial Forging Multi-pass Cogging
【摘要】 为验证轴类大锻件多工步开坯工艺参数的合理性,使用有限元软件FORGE对其开坯变形过程进行数值模拟,并与实际生产结果进行了对比。结果表明,有限元模拟得到的轴类大锻件多工步开坯温度场、锻件形状、展宽与实际生产吻合良好,可为正确制定开坯工艺提供依据。
【Abstract】 In order to verify the rationality of the heavy axial forging multi-pass cogging parameters,the finite element software FORGE was used to simulate the forging,and the results was compared with the actual production.The results show that the simulation of forging shape,temperature field,stretching and production can be in good agreement with the actual production,which provides a basis for the cogging process correctly.
