MgF2高温氧化的热力学分析与实验研究
Thermodynamic Analysis and Experimental Research on High Temperature Oxidation of MgF2
【摘要】 从热力学角度探讨了Mg F2在空气中发生高温氧化的途径和可能性,并进行了实验验证。结果表明,Mg F2在650750℃空气中不发生化学反应,在8001 000℃时则发生Mg O转化反应,该反应主要由Mg F2与水蒸气作用而引起的,杂质Al的加入加剧了Mg F2在空气中的氧化反应过程。
【Abstract】 The way and possibility of oxidation of Mg F2 in the air at high temperatures were discussed from the thermodynamics,and it verified by experiments.The results show that the Mg F2 does not react in the air at 650750℃,the reaction of Mg F2 will be converted to Mg O at 8001 000℃.The reaction is mainly caused by the action of Mg F2 and water vapor,and the addition of impurity Al element aggravates the oxidation reaction process of Mg F2 in air.
