高温过热器出口集箱接管蠕变剩余寿命评估

【摘要】 通过宏观检查、胀粗测量、金相检验、硬度测量、内壁氧化皮厚度和金属层厚度测量等无损检验方法,对高温过热器出口集箱接管进行了蠕变剩余寿命评估。结果表明,无损检验评估接管的蠕变剩余寿命的方法,可以在非奥氏体不锈钢高温锅炉管寿命评估中应用。当3根接管蠕变剩余寿命小于4万h,建议更换。

【Abstract】 The creep residual life of connecting tube for high temperature superheater outlet header was evaluated with by means of nondestructive inspection methods such as macroscopic examination, expansion measuring, microstructure,hardness, thickness of internal oxidation layer and metal layer thickness testing. The results show that the nondestructive inspection method of estimating high temperature superheater outlet header connection tube’s creep residual life can be used in the high temperature header connection austenitic stainless steel tube in power plant. When the creep residual life of three connection tubes is less than 40,000 hours, it should be replaced.
