【摘要】 改革开放以来的发展实践表明,不同所有制之间原本明显的界限正在被密切的依存性质所打破,出现普遍的共生形态。本文试图将生物学中的共生理论引入国有经济与民营经济互动关系的研究中,借鉴两种群共生演化的理论模型,讨论寄生、偏利共生、互惠共生三种共生模式的均衡解及其稳定条件。在此基础上,运用2000—2015年中国30个省级行政区的面板数据,建立了共生度的静态、动态面板模型,以判断国有经济与民营经济之间的共生发展模式。研究发现,中国的国有经济与民营经济存在非对称性互惠的共生发展关系。进一步地,文章对国有经济与民营经济共生发展的机理进行了理论阐释,并由研究结论推演出三点政策启示,即坚持和完善基本经济制度不动摇、为多种所有制经济共同发展创造公平竞争环境不动摇和坚持做强做优做大国有企业不动摇。更多还原

【Abstract】 The development practice of the reform and opening-up shows that the previous boundary with obvious distinction between different ownerships is being broken by closely mutual-dependent nature.A symbiotic form of interweaving with each other is appearing.This paper tries to introduce the symbiosis theory in biology to study the interactive relationship between the state-owned economy and the private economy by using the theoretical model of two populations’symbiosis evolution to discuss its Nash equilibriums and stability conditions for three kinds of symbiotic modes,including parasitism,commensalism and mutualism.Based on the provincial panel data of China in 2000—2015,this paper establishes dynamic and static panel models for degree of symbiosis to determine the symbiotic mode between the state-owned and private economies.The study finds that there exists an asymmetric reciprocal symbiotic relationship between China’s state-owned and private economies.Furthermore,this paper explains the mechanism of the symbiosis between the state-owned economy and the private economy,and deduces the three-point policy enlightenment from the research conclusions.That is,adhere to and improve the basic economic system unswervingly,create fair competition environment for a variety of ownerships’common development unswervingly and make state-owned enterprises stronger,better and bigger unswervingly.更多还原
