【摘要】 航空经济区的发展对区域资源要素整合、经济实力提升、航空都市空间布局优化以及区域开放发展程度的提高等方面具有非常重要的作用,目前我国中西部地区的郑州、西安、武汉、长沙、重庆和成都都在极力打造以航空经济为核心的新的经济增长极。从中西部六大航空经济区的发展现状出发,在界定航空经济区内涵和范围的基础上,梳理发展航空经济区的影响因素并构建了中西部地区航空经济区评价指标体系,运用层次分析法(AHP)进行综合分析,得出其竞争力的综合实力排名并发现各自的发展优势和弱势。中西部地区航空经济区竞争激烈:重庆综合实力雄厚,成都在航空枢纽上有明显优势,郑州虽起步晚但发展迅速,与成都、西安、武汉综合竞争实力比较接近。提升郑州航空港经济综合实验区的综合实力,应发挥战略叠加优势,加快融入"一带一路"国家战略,拓展经济增长空间,走差异化发展道路,增强区域发展的协调性,塑造并巩固郑州在中西部地区的优势地位。更多还原

【Abstract】 The development of aviation economic zone plays a very important role in integrating regional resources,enhancing economic strength,optimizing the aviation city span layout,improving the regional openness and so on. Nowadays,cities in the central and western regions of China,such as Zhengzhou,Xian,Wuhan,Changsha,Chongqing and Chengdu,are trying to build a new economic growth pole with aviation economic as its core. Based on the current development situation of the six aviation economic zones,this paper finds out the factors which influence aviation economic zone,and construct a competitive analysis index system on aviation economic zones in the central and western regions. Then using the AHP method for comprehensive analysis,it gets the comprehensive ranks of these six aviation economic zones and find their strength and weakness respectively. And it can be seen that Chongqing has a better comprehensive strength,Chengdu has a obvious advantage on aviation hub. Though Zhengzhou started lately,it developed rapidly,so it ’s comprehensive strength is closed to Chengdu,Xian,and Wuhan. It’s obvious that there is a fierce competition among the six aviation economic zones in the central and western regions. To increase the comprehensive strength of Zhengzhou Airport Economy Zone,it should take the advantage of strategies,accelerate integration into the national strategy of One Belt One Road,expand the space of economic growth,develop different development space,strengthen the coordination of regional development,build and consolidate the dominant position in the central and western region of China.更多还原
