光滑极限量规快速综合检定技术的研究
Research on Fast Comprehensive Calibration Technique for Smooth Limit Gauges
【摘要】 针对某企业生产中存在的光滑圆柱塞规检定项目不完整和检定工作量大的问题,采用现有的测径仪设备开发一种基于激光检测原理进行光滑极限量规圆度和素线直线度测量的系统。该系统以自动控制的模式实现塞规位移,辅以激光测距技术获取塞规轮廓信息,并最终通过软件数据处理获取塞规的尺寸、圆度和直线度等项目的评定数据和检定结论。经过论证,系统的不确定度为0.737μm,能够满足企业在用的大批量圆柱塞规的快速高效检定需求。
【Abstract】 In view of the incomplete verification and heavy workload existing in calibration process of the smooth cylindrical plug,this paper uses the existing equipment,the diameter measuring instrument to develop measuring system used to measure the roundness and straightness of the smooth limit gauge based on the laser detection. The automatic control mode of the displacement gauge is used with laser ranging gauge to obtain the contour gauge model and its information,and then the software data base document is used to process the evaluation data and verification results of the obtained plug size,roundness and straightness. After the demonstration,the uncertainty of the system is 0.737,it can meet the need of the cylindrical plug’s fast and efficient verification.
