润滑剂与密封材料相容性对气缸性能影响研究

【摘要】 随着对气缸工作性能的要求日益提高,气缸的润滑优化也受到越来越多的重视。从润滑剂与密封材料的相容性出发,通过气缸试验建立了相容性与气缸工作性能之间的联系,研究了在不同润滑剂作用下的O型圈对气缸摩擦及密封性能的影响。研究结果表明,不同类型的基础油对气缸工作性能的影响各有差异。I类与II类基础油通过改变丁腈橡胶O型圈的物理特性,使气缸的摩擦力增大,但对气缸的密封性能有正面的影响;而IV类基础油与O型圈作用后,使气缸摩擦力减小,但会使气缸的密封性能减弱。

【Abstract】 Because the demands on the working performance of the cylinder become higher and higher,more attention is paid to the optimization of the cylinder lubrication. Based on the compatibility of lubricants and sealing materials,the relationship between its compatibility and working performance is established through the cylinder test,and the influence of O-ring lubricated with different lubricants on the friction and sealing performance of the cylinder is studied. The results show that different types of lubricating oils have different influence on the working performance of the cylinder. TypeⅠandⅡlubricating oils change the physical properties of the nitrile rubber O-Ring,thus increasing the friction of the cylinder,but having positive influence on the sealing performance and the type IV lubricating oil is used to lubricate the O-ring,thus reducing the friction force of the cylinder,but weakening the sealing performance.
