基于激光位移检测的异位孔系快速测量系统

【摘要】 针对空间孔系的快速测量问题,提出了一种基于激光位移检测原理的解决方案,设计了一套空间异位孔的测量系统,构建了基于激光位移传感器的测量数学模型,采用改进的遗传算法快速拟合出空间孔的曲面轮廓。在比较测量的基础上,通过坐标变换获得零件上空间异位孔的位置与内径信息。通过搭建空间异位孔测量系统进行试验,验证该系统的可行性。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the problem exisfing in rapid measurement of the spatial hole system,a solution based on the principle of laser displacement detection is proposed. A set of measurement systems are designed and a mathematical model based on laser displacement sensor is built. The genetic algorithm is used to quickly fit the surface contour of the hole. On the basis of comparative measurement,the position and inner diameter information of the ectopic hole on the part is obtained by coordinate transformation. The feasibility of the system is verified by constructing a spatial heterotopic hole measurement system.
