3-RPS并联稳定平台设计与仿真研究
Research on Design and Simulation of 3-RPS Parallel Stable Platform
【摘要】 为了避免舰船运动对摄像系统的工作造成影响,设计了一种3-RPS并联稳定平台。首先在Maxsurf软件中根据舰船参数、横摇参数、纵摇参数及随机波浪参数进行仿真,得到舰船的横摇、纵摇和垂荡的运动参数;其次根据舰船运动的仿真结果,利用极限边界搜索法仿真3-RPS并联稳定平台的工作空间;最后在Simulink中,利用Sim Mechanics机械组件,搭建及配置3-RPS并联稳定平台模型,并对建立好的3-RPS并联稳定平台对横摇、纵摇和垂荡进行补偿的动力学仿真,验证稳定平台设计的合理性。
【Abstract】 To prevent the influence of the wave motion in warship travelling on the camera system,this paper designs the 3-RPS parallel stable platform. First of all,according to the warship rolling and pitch parameters and the random wave parameters,its motion is simulated to obtain its motion parameters and the limit boundary searching method is used to simulate the motion space of the3-RPS parallel stable platform,and then,the Sim Mechanics mechanical components in the Simulink is used to build the 3-RPS parallel stable platform model and do the dynamic simulation of the established 3-RPS parallel stable platform. The rationality of stabilized platform design is proved.
