【摘要】 目的探讨冠心1号汤剂治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛(气阴两虚夹瘀型)的临床效果。方法选取2014年12月—2017年1月我院收治的98例冠心病稳定型心绞痛病人(辨证分型为气阴两虚夹瘀型),根据随机原则将其分为观察组(49例)和对照组(49例)。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在常规西药治疗的基础上加用冠心1号汤剂。治疗1个疗程后对比两组心绞痛和中医证候疗效、治疗前后心率变异性(HRV)情况和心肌缺血总负荷(TIB)等。结果治疗后观察组心绞痛疗效、中医证候疗效、心率变异性和心肌缺血总负荷等较对照组改善更为明显(P <0.05)。结论利用冠心1号汤剂治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛(气阴两虚夹瘀型)效果确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of Guanxin Yihao decoction(GYD)in the treatment of stable angina due to coronary heart disease(CHD)with qi and yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Methods Ninety-eight patients with stable angina due to CHD and qi and yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in our hospital from December 2014 to January 2017 were selected,and randomly divided into two groups:control group(n =49)treated with routine western medicine treatment,and observation group(n =49)treated with GYD in the basis of routine western medicine treatment.After 1 course of treatment,angina pectoris and the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndromes,heart rate variability(HRV)and total ischemia burden(TIB)before and after treatment,and the total load were observed.Results After treatment,angina pectoris,the efficacy of TCM syndrome,HRV,and TIB were better in the observation group than that in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion GYD is effective for treatment of stable angina due to CHD with qi and yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.更多还原
