【摘要】 目的观察自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)左心室超微结构、胶原改变特点及天麻舒心方干预效果。方法将50只SHR随机分为天麻舒心方高、中、低剂量组,阳性对照组,模型对照组,并以10只Wistar大鼠作为正常对照组,分别给予不同剂量天麻舒心浸膏、氯沙坦钾片混悬液、蒸馏水。18周后,应用透射电子显微镜观察心肌超微结构变化,测量OD值,计算心肌胶原含量。结果模型对照组心肌肌丝多处断裂、溶解,排列扭曲,粗细不等,线粒体肿胀、变形、聚集,嵴模糊排列混乱;阳性对照组及中药各剂量组上述结构均有不同程度的改善。与正常对照组比较,模型对照组心肌胶原含量显著增加(P<0.05);而各给药组胶原含量较模型对照组均有所降低,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 SHR心肌超微结构显著受损,心肌胶原蛋白含量显著升高,天麻舒心方可改善高血压心肌超微结构的损伤,对心肌胶原代谢具有改善作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of Tianma Shuxin granule( TSG) on the ultrastructure of myocardium and collagen content of left ventricular in the spontaneous hypertensive rats( SHR). Methods Fifty SHR were randomly divided into five groups: TSG group( low dosage,medium dosage,and high dosage group) treated with TSG extract,positive control group,and model group treated with losartan potassium tablets suspension and distilled water,respectively.After 18 weeks,the ultrastructure of myocardium was observed under an electron microscopy.OD value was measured,the collagen content was observed.Results Myocardium in model group showed total disruption,the mitochondria swelled and showed disorganization,but that was better in all medicine groups. Compared with the normal control group,myocardial collagen content of model group increased significantly( P <0.05).The collagen content was lower in all medicine groups,but the results had not yet showed significant difference( P >0. 05). Conclusion Ultrastructure of myocardium in SHR was damaged,and collagen content increased significantly.TSG can improve the injury of ultrastructure of myocardium in SHR,also has a trend of decreasing collagen content.更多还原
