【摘要】 目的:探讨中药耳浴配合微波治疗单纯型慢性化脓性中耳炎的疗效。方法:选取2014年7月—2017年7月我院收治的96例单纯型慢性化脓性中耳炎患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各48例。两组均使用微波治疗,观察组配合中药耳浴(复方黄柏滴耳液,点耳2~3滴,耳浴10 min,qd);对照组配合西药耳浴(氧氟沙星滴耳液,点耳6~10滴,耳浴10 min,bid),两组均治疗20 d。观察两组临床疗效以及不良反应情况。结果:观察组总有效率为89.58%高于对照组的72.92%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.376,P=0.036);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(χ~2=2.487,P=0.115)。结论:中药耳浴配合微波治疗单纯型慢性化脓性中耳炎疗效确切,安全性较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine ear bath combined with microwave in the treatment of simple chronic suppurative otitis media. Methods: 96 cases of patients with simple chronic suppurative otitis media admitted to our hospital from July 2014 to July 2017 were selected as subjects and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method, 48 cases in each group. The patients in the two groups were given microwave therapy. The patients in the observation group were further treated by traditional Chinese medicine ear bath(compounded cortex phellodendri ear drops, 2~3 drops, ear bath for 10 min, qd), and the patients in the control group were further treated by Western medicine ear bath(ofloxacin ear drops, 6~10 drops, ear bath for 10 minutes, bid) for 20 days. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions in the two groups were observed. Results: The total effective rate in the observation group was 89.58%, which was significantly higher than that(72.9%) in the control group(χ~2=4.376, P=0.036); there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(χ~2=2.487, P=0.115). Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine ear bath combined with microwave has definite efficacy and good safety in the treatment of simple trye chronic suppurative otitis media.更多还原
