参芪复方治疗2型糖尿病血管病变随机对照研究的系统评价

【摘要】 目的:系统评价参芪复方治疗2型糖尿病血管病变患者的临床疗效。方法:计算机检索Pubmed/Medline、EMBASE、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库、维普数据库(VIP)、中国生物医学数据库(CBM)等全文数据库,纳入参芪复方治疗2型糖尿病血管病变的随机对照试验(RCTs)文章,用Cochrane评价方法对文章的风险偏倚进行评价;使用Rev Man 5. 3版本对纳入的文献进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入7篇RCTs文献,共计461例患者。Meta分析结果示:与对照组相比,参芪复方治疗组能显著提高显效率,降低FPG、2hPG、CRP、Lep,改善ADPN。结论:参芪复方加减治疗糖尿病血管病变临床疗效显著,养阴益气活血法是糖尿病血管病变患者的主要治法,但受纳入研究的数量及质量所限,上述结论尚需更多高质量的相关研究加以验证。

【Abstract】 Objective: To systematically analyze the clinical efficacy of Shenqi compound in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with vascular diseases. Methods: The full-text databases such as Pub Med/Medline,EM Base,CNKI,Wanfang Database,VIP and CBM were retrieved by computer,and included the randomized controlled trial( RCTS) article of Shenqi Compound for the treatment of type 2 diabetic angiopathy. The risk bias of the article was evaluated by Cochrane evaluation method. Meta-analysis of the included literature was performed using Revman version 5. 3. Results: A total of 461 patients were included in 7 RCTS documents. Meta analysis results showed that,compared with the control group,the Shenqi compound treatment group improved the significant efficiency,reduced FPG,2 HPG and Lep to improve ADPN. Conclusion: Modified Shenqi compound has the significant clinical efficacy on diabetic vascular lesions. " Yang Yin Yi Qi Huo Xue" method is the main treatment of patients with diabetic vascular lesions,which needs more high-quality relevant research to verify.
