【摘要】 目的:观察退银汤治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效及对外周血CCL20、CCR6、MCP-4的干预作用。方法:86例寻常型银屑病患者分为治疗组和对照组各43例,治疗组给予退银汤内服,对照组给予消银颗粒内服,疗程均为12周,健康对照组为30例健康体检者。在药物治疗前和治疗后2、4、8、12周记录PASI评分,疗程完成后进行临床疗效评估。运用双抗体酶联免疫吸附法检测健康对照组以及二组患者治疗前后CCL20、CCR6、MCP-4的水平。结果:治疗后,二组患者PASI评分以及治疗组CCL20、CCR6、MCP-4和对照组CCL20、MCP-4表达水平与治疗前比较均明显降低,并且治疗组较对照组降低更显著,治疗组有效率86. 05%高于对照组74. 42%,但差异无统计学意义。结论:退银汤治疗寻常型银屑病有一定疗效,其作用机制可能与降低CCL20、CCR6、MCP-4表达水平、减轻免疫炎症反应有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the curative effect of Tuiyin Decoction in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris and the intervention on the expression levels of CCL20,CCR6 and MCP-4 in peripheral blood. Methods: 86 cases of patients with psoriasis vulgaris were divided into eatmentgroup and control group,43 cases in each group. The treatment group was given Tuiyin Decoctionorally,and the control group was given Anti-Psoriasis Granules orally. The whole Treatment ourse were all 12 weeks,and 30 healthy people were chosen as the healthy control group. PASI scores were recorded before treatment and at 2,4,8,and 12 weeks after treatment,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated after the course of treatment was completed. The levels of CCL20,CCR6 and MCP-4 in healthy control group and the two groups before and after treatment were detected by double antibody enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results: After treatment,the PASI cores of the two groups and the expression levels of CCL20,CCR6,MCP-4 in treatment group and the expression levels of CCL20 and MCP-4 in control group were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the treatment group decreased more significantly,compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0. 05 or P < 0. 01). The effective rate of the treatment group was 86. 05% higher than that of the control group(74. 42%),but the difference as not statistically significant(P > 0. 05). Conclusion: Therapeutic effect of Tuiyin Decoction on soriasis vulgaris was exact,and the mechanism might be related to decreasing the expression levels of CCL20,CCR6 and MCP-4 and alleviating the immune inflammatory reaction.更多还原
