仙灵骨葆胶囊通过提高血清BMP-7、VEGF浓度水平达到治疗骨折不愈合的临床疗效

【摘要】 目的:探讨仙灵骨葆胶囊在骨折不愈合的临床效果。方法:将84例患者随机分成2组,观察组42例患者采用仙灵骨葆胶囊口服联合碳酸钙D3片治疗,对照组42例患者采用口服碳酸钙D3片治疗,4周为1疗程,共治疗3疗程。结果:总有效率治疗组为86%,对照组为67%,两组有显著性差异;治疗后两组休息痛、关节痛、关节肿胀、关节功能积分均显著降低;上述各项积分,观察组与对照组相比较下降更显著;观察组患者治疗后血清骨形态发生蛋白-7(BMP-7)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)浓度水平均显著高于对照组;不良反应率治疗组为7%,对照组为5%,两组比较无差异。结论:仙灵骨葆胶囊提高血清中的BMP-7、VEGF的浓度从而治疗骨折不愈合疗效更加肯定,并且无显著副作用。

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Xianlinggubao capsule on nonunion of fracture. Methods: Eighty-four patients were randomly divided into two groups. 42 cases in the treatment group were treated with Xianlinggubao capsules and Calcium Carbonate and Vitamin D3,while 42 cases in the control group were treated with Calcium Carbonate and Vitamin D3,4 weeks as a course of treatment. Results: The total effective rate was 86% in the treatment group and 67% in the control group. There was significant difference between two groups(P < 0. 05). Scores of resting pain,joint pain,joint swelling and joint function in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0. 05 or P < 0. 01). Serum levels of BMP-7 and VEGF in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P < 0. 05). The adverse reaction rate was 7% in the treatment group while 5% in the control group,the difference was insignificant(P > 0. 05). Conclusion: Xianlinggubao Capsule is more effective in the treatment of nonunion of fracture by increasing serum levels of VEGF and BMP-7 and has fewer adverse reaction.
