蜂蜇伤诱导机体免疫反应的研究进展
The research progress of immune responses induced by bee sting
【摘要】 蜂蜇伤后,毒素被注入患者体内引起严重的过敏反应及靶器官损伤。蜂毒毒素是一种成分十分复杂的混合物,含有多种变应原、毒素及其他成分,但蜂毒引起机体免疫反应的分子机制尚不明确,故临床上蜂蜇伤病人的诊治主要针对其症状。蜂毒的免疫治疗虽可有效预防再次蜇伤的全身反应,但国内尚未有效推广应用。因此,进一步探讨蜂蜇伤后的免疫反应及相关机制具有重要意义。本文对国内外蜂蜇伤后机体免疫反应的相关研究进行了概述,并对其研究前景及临床治疗措施的改善进行了展望。
【Abstract】 After bee stings,bee venom cause severe anaphylaxis and target organ damage. Bee venom is a complex mixture containing a variety of chemical compounds,such as allergens and toxins. However,the molecular mechanisms of immune response caused by bee venom are not clear. Clinically,there are many measures merely for the symptom control. Although venom immunotherapy could effectively prevent further serious systemic reactions,it is not prevalent in China. Hence,it’s of great significance to deeply investigate the immune responses and the underlying mechanisms after bee stings. Here,we reviewed the immune responses of the body caused by bee sting,and put forward the prospects and the improvements of clinical treatments of the research subject.
