【摘要】 目的观察宫颈套扎术在IB2/ⅡA2期宫颈癌先期处理的临床效果。方法选取IB2/ⅡA2期局部晚期宫颈癌患者30例,排除阴道及宫颈的急性感染后行宫颈套扎术。结果在宫颈套扎术后第1天宫颈癌灶开始坏死,随着时间延长肿瘤颜色逐渐加深呈褐色或黑色、体积逐渐缩小,有3例病人术后7~15d肿瘤脱落,分别在术后10~18d进行广泛性子宫切除,术后病理检查宫颈无癌灶存在。手术过程顺利,未增加手术风险和并发症。结论宫颈套扎术可以阻断外生型局部晚期宫颈癌病灶的血运、缩小宫颈癌病灶,无放化疗副作用,不增加手术风险。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effects of cervical ligation on the pretreatment of cervical cancer in IB2/ⅡA2 stage. Methods Thirty cases of cervical cancer in IB2/ⅡA2 stage were selected and the cervical ligation was examined in the absence of acute infection of the vagina and cervix. Results Observed Cervical focal necrosis was observed 1 day after operation. Along with the time extension,the tumor gradually deepened with brown or black color and narrow size. Three cases of tumor shedding was shown from 7 to 15 days after surgery,respectively. The hysterectomy was performed from 10 to 18 days after cervical ligation. The pathological examination revealed the necrosis of cervical cancer organization. The surgical risk and complications were not increased after cervical ligation treatment. Conclusion The cervix ligation could block the blood transport of the external local advanced cervical cancer,reduce the cervical cancer volume without the side effects of radiation and chemotherapy and the increased risk of surgery.更多还原
