【摘要】 目的应用文献计量学方法分析目前ICU护理风险管理研究现状,梳理重要研究方向。方法运用文献计量分析法回顾万方数据知识服务平台、中国知网、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、维普中文期刊服务平台和PubMed数据库从建库至2016年12月31日与ICU护理风险管理相关的文献。结果 ICU护理风险管理研究相关的中英文文献共纳入318篇,主要集中在ICU用药、设备使用、危重患者院内转运、对比风险管理实施前后效果等方面。结论此研究领域中文文献数量在2010年后呈逐年增长趋势,但学术水平尚需提高。今后应借鉴国外已开展的研究思路,进一步拓宽风险管理在各类ICU护理质量提升应用的深度和广度,加强对ICU护士、系统及协作因素等方面的护理风险管理,从根源确保危重患者安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the current research status and summarize the significant research direction of ICU nursing risk management by bibliometric method. Methods Reviewing the existing literature by bibliometrics analysis method. Results 318 articles were included and the majority of them mainly focused on medication administration,equipment utilization,hospital transfer of critical patients,and the effects of risk management implementation in ICU. Conclusion The number of literature in this research field is increasing year by year since 2010. But the academic level is still expected to be improved. In the future,we should turn to successful experiences from foreign research ideas to improve the nursing risk management application in all types of ICU.And the management should be strengthened on the factors such as ICU nurses,system and cooperation to ensure the safety of critical patients from the root.更多还原
