【摘要】 线技术是近年来发展较为迅猛的医学美容手段之一,可通过在体表组织的不同层次内埋置线材达到提升收紧、填充凹陷、改善肤质及体表塑形等目的。尽管线技术中的线材随着线技术的发展而不断优化,种类日益增多,但以大类而言,从持续时间可分为可吸收线、不可吸收线,以外观不同主要可分为平滑线、锯齿线和螺旋线,以成分主要分为肠线、PGA/PGLA或PLA编织缝合线、PDO线、PPDO线、PLLA线、PCL线等。在经CFDA批准的线材中合理地选择是线技术操作的基础,因此,了解并掌握各种线材的成分、特性等可更好发挥线技术的作用,避免不必要的并发症及纠纷。更多还原

【Abstract】 Thread Lifting is one of cosmetic techniques with rapid development in recent years,which is able to lift,tighten,fill the sunken skin,and restore the tissues by putting threads into different levels. The material of thread-lift becomes diverse. In general,materials can be sorted by lasting time( absorbable threads,inabsorbable threads),appearance( smooth thread,cog thread,helix thread) and component( catgut,PGA/PGLA,PLA,PDO,PPDO,PLLA and PCL suture). Thread Lifting technique is based on reasonable selection of suture from qualification made by CFDA. Therefore,the understanding of compounds and characteristics of all sutures will be essential for plastic surgeons to use the technique better with less side effects or dispute.更多还原
