钩吻碱毒素的分析鉴定技术及其在突发事件应急检测中的应用

【摘要】 目的建立中毒样品中多种钩吻碱的定性和定量的气相色谱-质谱联用方法,并检测广东不同地区所产钩吻中钩吻碱种类和含量,并将此方法应用于突发事件应急检测中,检测中毒样品。方法试样经浸泡、超声、CHCl3提取,用气相色谱-质谱仪进行检测。结果该方法线性范围为10500μg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于6.1%,样品加标回收率在79.8%112.0%之间。结论该方法灵敏、准确,可用于检测中毒生物样品中的钩吻碱毒素。

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a method for the determination of gelsemium in gelsemium elegans benth and poisoning samples by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).And to determinate the species and content of gelsemium in gelsemium elegans that get from different part of Guangdong.To apply this method for emergency event and test on poisoning samples.Methods Samples were extracted by alkaline liquor and chloroform,and detected by GC-MS with electron ionization(EI).Results The method showed good linearity in the range of 10-500 μg/L.The relative standard deviation(RSD) was less than 6.1%(n = 6) and recovery ranged from 79.8% to 112%.Conclusion The proposed method is sensitive and accurate,it is suitable for the analysis of gelsemium in poisoning samples.
