复方中草药添加剂对杜湖杂交F1代羔羊羊肉营养成分及氨基酸含量的影响
Effect of Compound Chinese Herbal Medicine Additives on Nutritional Ingredient and Amino Acid Content of Dorper×Hu Crossbred F1 Lambs
【摘要】 本研究旨在研究羔羊饲粮中添加复合中草药添加剂对羊肉营养成分和氨基酸含量的影响。选择体重相近2月龄左右初始体重(15.95±1.87kg)断奶杜湖杂交F1代羔羊60只,随机分为4组,每组15只,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验A、B和C组在对照组基础上分别添加3%、4%、5%的复方中草药添加剂饲喂70d。试验结束后每组分别屠宰3只羊,测定肉羊后腿部肌肉中常规营养成分和氨基酸含量。结果三组试验组羊肉粗蛋白含量较对照组高但差异不显著(P>0.05),粗脂肪含量较对照组低且差异显著(P<0.05);羊肉中氨基酸总含量,A组和B组比对照组高且差异不显著(P>0.05),C组比对照组低且差异显著(P<0.05);A组、B组和C组必需氨基酸总含量,A组和C组比对照组低且差异不显著(P>0.05),B组较对照组高且差异不显著(P>0.05),但A组、C组与B组间差异显著(P<0.05);且三组试验组赖氨酸和色氨酸均高于FAO提出的评分模式。表明基础日粮中添加中草药添加剂能够改善羊肉营养价值,且能够改善羊肉风味,提高羊肉鲜味。
【Abstract】 This study is designed to Compound Chinese Herbal Medicine Additives on Nutritional Ingredient and Amino Acid Content of Dorper×Hu Crossbred F1 Lambs. Select similar weight around 2 months starting weight(15.95±1.87kg) weaning lamb,randomly divided into 4 groups, each group of 15, only in the control group based diet feeding, test A, B and C group in the control group on the basis of adding 3%, 4% and 3% respectively of compound Chinese herbal medicine additive feeding 70 d.Three sheep were slaughtered in each group after the experiment, and the routine nutrients and amino acid content of the leg muscles were determined. Results: the crude protein content of mutton in the three groups was higher than that in the control group, but the difference was not significant(P > 0.05), and the crude fat content was lower than the control group and the difference was significant(P < 0.05). The total contents of amino acids in lamb, group A and group B were higher than those in the control group and the difference was not significant(P > 0.05). Group C was lower than the control group and the difference was significant(P < 0.05). Group A and group B and group C total essential amino acid content, group A and group C lower than the control group and the difference was not significant(P > 0.05), group B was higher and the difference was not significant(P >0.05), but the difference between group A and group C and B group significantly(P < 0.05); Moreover, lysine and tryptophan of the three groups were higher than that of FAO. It is shown that the addition of Chinese herbal medicine additives can improve the nutritional value of mutton and improve the flavor of mutton and enhance the flavor of mutton.
