【Abstract】 The research progress in nano cubic crystal systems as drug carriers for antitumor agents in recent years was summarized. The structure,characteristics,preparation methods,common used materials and application of nano liquid crystals containing antitumor drugs were introduced. Nano cubic crystals showed the advantages of improving the solubility and stability of drugs and good biocompatibility that made them achieve widely attention as a new type of nano drug carriers.更多还原
