【摘要】 目的:总结福建基层老中医药专家吴成专利用正骨手法结合股骨逆髓内钉治疗股骨髁上骨折的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析2015年12月-2017年10月34例股骨髁上骨折,运用正骨手法结合股骨逆行髓内钉固定,配合使用本院自制中药治疗,术后X线评估骨折对位对线情况,术后并发症,患肢功能恢复情况,以及骨折愈合时间,尤其是骨折延迟愈合和骨不连病例。结果:本组术后X线片显示34例骨折端获得良好复位。术后所有患者获得6～22个月随访,平均14个月。随访过程中未发现骨折不愈合和延迟愈合病例,未发现感染病例,末次随访按股骨远端Schatzker-Lambert功能评分:优28例,良4例,中2例,优良率94%。结论:吴成专手法复位结合股骨逆行髓内钉,配合本院自制中药制剂治疗股骨髁上骨折疗效确切,创伤小、操作安全、术后恢复快,是治疗股骨髁上骨折的良好方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To summarize clinical efficacy of manipulation of bone-setting from Pro. Wu Chengzhuan plus retrograde intramedullary nail on supracondylar fracture. Methods: From December 2015 to October 2017, 34 cases were given manipulation of bonesetting plus retrograde intramedullary nail and our hospital self-made TCM medicine. After surgery, fracture alignment, complication, recovery of limb function, adverse cases were assessed by x-ray. Results: All patients were recovered well. All patients were followed up for 6 to 22 months, with an average of 14 months. No adverse cases were found. The Schatzker-Lambert functional score was 94%. Conclusion: Manipulation of bone-setting from Pro. Wu Chengzhuan plus retrograde intramedullary nail and our hospital self-made TCM medicine on supracondylar fracture show a good effect.更多还原
