【摘要】 目的:比较帖氏"飞针"配合常规中西药与单纯中西药治疗特发性面神经麻痹的疗效差异。方法:将60例患者随机分为常规组和治疗组,各30例。常规组给予中西药常规治疗,治疗组在给予中西药常规治疗基础上,加用"飞针"疗法,选穴地仓、颊车、太阳、阳白、四白、翳风、下关,均取患侧,合谷、风池取双侧。每天治疗1次,1周治疗6次,共治疗2周,评价两组治疗前后House-Brachmann面神经功能评分。结果:治疗组的House-Brachmann面神经功能评分低于常规组。在临床疗效方面,治疗组的有效率为93.33%,常规组的有效率为66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),治疗组临床疗效优于常规组。结论:帖氏"飞针"在改善面神经功能方面优于常规疗法。同时,安全有效,痛感低,依从性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To compare the efficacy of Tie’s acupuncture plus conventional medicine and simple medicine on idiopathic facial paralysis. Methods: 60 cases were divided into two groups, 30 cases in each. The conventional group was given conventional western medicine; and the treatment group was given Tie’s acupuncture more, for 2 weeks. Results: The House-Brachmann facial nerve function score in the treatment group was lower than the conventional group. Efficiency in the treatment group was 93.33%, and 66.67% in the conventional group(P<0.05). The clinical efficacy in the treatment group was better. Conclusion: Tie’s acupuncture is superior to conventional therapy in improving facial nerve function. At the same time, it is safe and effective, with low pain and good compliance.更多还原
