【摘要】 目的:探讨早期康复护理干预应用在脑卒中偏瘫患者中的临床效果。方法:2016年3月1日—9月30日期间,选择在本院接受治疗的脑卒中偏瘫患者132例进行研究,随机分组各66例,对照组为常规护理服务,观察组则实施早期康复护理干预,观察两组肢体功能、神经运动功能及生活能力改善情况。结果:护理后两组生活能力及神经运动功能评分明显提高,且观察组显著优于对照组,P<0.05;护理后两组下肢功能、运动能力及平衡能力评分明显提高,且观察组显著优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:针对脑卒中偏瘫患者实施早期康复护理干预可进一步改善患者肢体功能及运动功能,提高日常生活能力,具有较高的护理价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the clinical effect of early rehabilitation nursing intervention on stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods:132 stroke patients with hemiplegia received treatment in our hospital from March 1,2016 to September 30,2016 were randomly divided into two groups:the control group(n=66) received routine nursing care,while the observation group(n=66) received early rehabilitation nursing intervention.The improvement of limb function,nerve motor function and living ability were observed.Results:After nursing,the scores of living ability and nerve motor function of the two groups were improved obviously,and the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05),the lower limb function,motor ability and balance ability of the two groups were improved after nursing.The score of balance ability was improved obviously,and the observation group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early rehabilitation nursing intervention could further improve the limb function and motor function in treating stroke patients with hemiplegia,it could improve the ability of daily life,and was of higher nursing value.更多还原
