【摘要】 目的:观察和评价分析手工制作与护理干预对精神分裂症患者服药依从性及生活质量的影响。方法:选择收集2015年2月-2017年5月我院收治的精神分裂症患者72例作为研究对象,按不同护理方法分为护理组和对照组各36例。两组均给予抗精神分裂症药物治疗,其中对照组在此基础上给予常规护理干预,护理组则给予手工制作与护理干预。对两组患者康复状态量表(MRSS)、生活质量综合评定量表(GQO-LI)和服药态度量表(DAI)评分进行比较。结果:两组患者护理6个月后MRSS评分、GQO-LI评分均优于护理前(P<0.05),且两组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且与护理前相比,差异具有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论:手工制作与护理干预对精神分裂症患者均有明显的改善作用,还能有效降低患者对药物的抗拒性,使患者的精神状态得到改善,进而提高了患者的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe and evaluate the effects of hand-made activity and nursing intervention on the compliance and quality of life of schizophrenic patients.Methods:72 patients with schizophrenia in our hospital from February 2015 to May 2017 were selected as the research subjects and divided into the nursing group and the control group according to different nursing methods,with 36 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with antischizophrenic drugs.The control group was given routine nursing intervention on this basis,while the nursing group was given hand-made activity and nursing intervention.The scores of two groups of patients’ rehabilitation status scale(MRSS),quality of life assessment scale(GQO-LI) and drug state measurement table(DAI) were compared.Results:After two months of nursing,the MRSS score and GQO-LI score of the patients in the two groups were all better than those before nursing(P<0.05),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant compared with that before the nursing(P<0.05).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hand-made activity and nursing intervention could significantly improve schizophrenic patients,and effectively reduce their resistance to drugs,improve their mental state,and improve their quality of life.更多还原
