【摘要】 目的:探析2型糖尿病患者应用二甲双胍治疗引起的不良反应。方法:将我院2016年3月-2017年10月期间接受治疗的86例2型糖尿病患者选为观察对象,依据随机抽签法分为参照组(n=43)、试验组(n=43)。参照组患者给予拜糖平治疗,试验组患者给予二甲双胍治疗,对两组患者血糖水平及不良反应发生情况予以统计对比。结果:试验组患者空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPBG)水平低于参照组患者,对比差异显著(P <0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率对比,数据为16.2%、18.6%,无显著性差异(P> 0.05)。结论:2型糖尿病患者应用二甲双胍治疗的临床效果十分显著,且不良反应发生率低,值得临床进一步推广与借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the adverse reactions of treating type 2 diabetes with metformin. Methods: 86 cases were divided into the reference group and experimental group, 43 cases in each. The reference group was treated with glucobay. The experimental group was given metformin. The blood glucose levels and adverse reactions in two groups were compared. Results: FBG and 2 hPBG in the experimental group were lower than the reference group, with significant differences(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in two groups were 16.3% and 18.6% respectively; and there was no significant difference(P>0.05). Conclusion: The metformin on type 2 diabetes shows significant effects, with fewer adverse reactions, and is worthy of further popularization and reference in clinical practice.更多还原
